We do not accept returns for change of mind. Therefore, we recommend reviewing product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.
FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS
Our Commitment to Quality
We are dedicated to ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. If you receive an item with a defect, please email us at hello@mylkthelabel.com with the following details:
- Your Store Name
- Email Address
- Invoice Number
- Style Code(s)
- Number of Units Affected
- Description of the Fault / Issue with Delivery
- Images of the damage, defect, or fault for an initial assessment. Additional details may be required to support your claim.
Return Timeframes
To ensure prompt resolution, please inspect your delivery upon arrival and submit any issues within the following timeframes:
- Incorrect Item Received: Within 3 days of receipt.
- Ill-Fitting Garments or Items Not Matching Imagery: Within 3 days of receipt.
- Manufacturing Faults (e.g., broken zippers, buttons): Within 14 days of receipt.
Claims submitted outside these timeframes may be declined.
Fair Wear and Tear vs. Manufacturing Defects
Products are not considered faulty if the issue arises due to:
- Fair wear and tear after reasonable use.
- Misuse, overuse, or improper handling of the garment (e.g., zippers misaligned due to overstuffing or excessive force).
- Failure to follow care instructions or abnormal use.
Claims for manufacturing defects, such as broken zippers or buttons, must be made promptly within the specified timeframes to be eligible for resolution.
Return Authorization Process
If your product meets the return criteria:
- We will issue you a Return Authorization Number with instructions for the return.
- If the product is deemed faulty upon inspection, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the item is found to be free of defects, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like it:
- Returned at your expense, or
- Disposed of on your behalf.
Resolution for Defective Products
If a defect is confirmed, we will:
- Replace or repair the product (if repair is reasonably possible), or
- Issue a credit note for the defective product's value for use on future purchases.
Refunds are not available for wholesale orders.
Conditions for All Returns
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Original, unworn, unwashed condition.
- Tags and labels attached.
- Packaged in their original packaging.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the return.

How can I order?
We urge our stockists to prioritize using our wholesale portal over email orders to ensure they never miss out on available inventory. The portal offers real-time inventory updates, faster order processing, and instant order confirmation, minimizing the risk of stock shortages and providing a seamless purchasing experience. It's our commitment to making the ordering process as convenient and efficient as possible for our valued stockists.
Can I use Mylk The Labels images?
Yes! As a stockist of Mylk The Label you are welcome to use all product images provided on our website, mailouts and instagram, as long as you tag us and mention our brand name "Mylk The Label".
We recommend saving product images when you order and as you see them as we do not always keep the photography for extended periods of time.
Do we offer label exclusivity?
Due to growing demand of our label nationally, we do not offer geo-exclusivity to stockists. However, if you are a stockist with regular and consistent orders representing our brand, we do try to limit stores around your area.
Do we supply to market stalls?
We currently do not supply Mylk The Label products to markets stalls. All stockist must have a bricks and mortar store or fully operational online store.
What do I do if a garment is faulty?
If in the event you receive a faulty item please email hello@mylkthelabel.com for assessment of the item and further instruction.
My shipping is more expensive than expected, what can I do?
If the calculated shipping cost using Sendle appears higher than expected, please don't hesitate to email us to explore alternative courier services with potentially more cost-effective shipping options. In such cases, select the "pick up" option at checkout to place the order, and then reach out to us via email to arrange for a shipping invoice tailored to your preferences.
Can I choose my courier service?
We strive to provide flexibility in our shipping services. If you have a specific preference for a courier service, please notify us at the time of placing your order. While we typically use reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries, we understand that your business needs may warrant a particular courier. If you have a preferred courier, kindly inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
